I had a very poor shopping experience here and I more than likely will not be returning. I walked in to buy a projector for my 8 year old daughter because she is into art. With her and my son present, I walked up to an employee named Luis and asked about said projector to see if they had it in stock. To which he informed me no, they did not. So I said okay. I then walked around to find some slime for my daughter and some candy for my son. After, I tried to walk to the self check out and pay for my items, but was interrupted by Luis who started to ask me questions about if I had an account and if I wanted one and all this stuff about my method of payment. I said no, and he proceeded to take my items from my hand and scan them. I’m a little confused because this was a self checkout and I don’t understand why he felt the need to do my transaction for me. There were no questions asked…. He just told me to give my items to him so he could scan them. So, with other customers also at the other self checkouts, I’m wondering why without asking this young gentleman for help, he felt the need to “watch” what I’m doing in order to “help” is what he told me. I had a really bad experience at Michael's (Frame Shop) today. I called the previous day to discuss repairing a custom framing job - they agreed to repair the mistake they had made which was great. Today, around 1:30 I arrived with my picture. I rang the bell several times - nobody showed up. I found a staff member who said she could not help me as "she was the only person on the floor". I waited some more and eventually gave up.

Thank you Emily for the exceptional help you gave me!! I brought over a vintage frame I thrifted and Emily provided me with all the knowledge I needed to properly frame the artwork I made for a friend! She even protected the glass of the frame with cardboard so that it wouldn't break on my way back home! So thoughtful and caring. You're the best!!!

Just got home, I wish I could give this 5 stars but this visit was the worst I have ever had going to this location. I was looking for Halloween items to do so simple holiday decorating for the grandkids. I wanted to buy some of the foam pumpkins, a few unfinished signs for the littles to paint and was looking for an item I found on the website that said they had 9 in stock. I went to go find help and asked a lady who was stocking the shelf with Christmas sprigs. I asked if all the Halloween items where in the center isles or if they were elsewhere too. She proceeded to asked me to move out of her way so she could put away the items she was holding in her hand. I apologized and moved my cart, but wow, how rude. I think she realized she was being rude because she proceeded to explain that the center area is for seasonal items so all Halloween and Christmas items would be in that area. I had a couple items on my list but had trouble finding them, I was forced to go back to her looking for a hot cutting knife to carve the foam pumpkins. I looked in the area but couldn’t find it, so left without buying one. I’ll be going to the crossroads Bellevue location, they have a larger selection
